Apperang is a great new service that lets you earn money for installing the apps and games you normally have to pay for or get for free. Here's some of the apps I see in my list: DailyBurn, Brain Trainer, iGarageSale Lite, Kingdoms at War, MyTown, Pocket Ants, Slacker Radio, WeReward, Movies, and more!

Here's how it works:

1. Signup for Apperang
2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email
3. Login and browse all the apps (may ask to allow java to run)
4. Click "Install Now" on any apps you want.
5. You'll be taken to the iTunes site and iTunes will launch
6. Install the app in iTunes and Sync your device

Most of the apps are free and the average payout is $0.25 for installing. If an app isn't free, you'll get paid the cost of the app + around $0.25. For example, if an app is $1.99, you'll get paid $2.24. So even apps that cost money end up being free + you make some money!

Do you like to write? I stumbled across Examiner.com a while back and thought it sounded interesting, so I checked it out.

Examiner.com is creating a vast network of writers who are experts on tons of different subjects from fashion to politics to the environment and family issues. Writers' articles appear in their city's local editions. There's an Examiner site for most cities across the country and you can apply for a job in your local area by clicking here. For instance, apply to be the Pittsburgh Frugal blogger or a Boston political blogger. Once you start the application process, you'll see the positions available for your location. I applied to be a Frugal blogger for my area, but decided not to take the position(although it was offered to me) because I realized it would just be too much for me. I seem to always bite off more than I can chew. ;-)

That's why I'm sharing this opportunity with you. There are lots of positions available and while you most likely won't get rich, you'll make a little cash working for them. More importantly, you'll have the chance to build your writing portfolio and be motivated to write on a daily basis. From reviews I've read online, the amount of money you earn seems to depend on how actively you promote your articles. If your article is picked up and put on the front page, you're likely to get a huge burst in traffic. (You're paid according to page views.) If you're interested, investigate to find a niche that you can be passionate about and apply. Make sure it's something you're truly interested in because if you don't really like or know much about the subject you choose, you'll burn out quickly!

Can't we all use a little spare cash? Doing surveys in your spare time(like I have that!) is a great way to earn a few extra bucks. Hey, it will cover your Starbucks...well, that depends on your habit! Here are some thing I've recently signed up with and thought you might like. NONE of these require you to pay money. If a survey site asks you for cash up front or to complete "offers" it isn't a good one to try!

SurveySavvy.com - They pay CASH for all of their surveys. Many other sites enter you into contests or reward with points. From what I can tell, there's no minimum to reach before you can cash out. You earn money by referring friends and family. (Yes, that's also part of the reason I'm telling YOU! Please click through my link. It doesn't cost you a thing and helps me--and this site--out!)

Ipsos - I admit I don't know much about this one. It looks similar to a lot of others, but I am getting surveys. It's worth a shot!

Synovate - I had never heard of this program until I signed up and while they don't pay cash(you earn points which are redeemable for cash,) it does look like a good one. I've only been a member for a few weeks and I'm getting plenty of surveys in my email box.
