I love using coupons, but there are times when I'm in a hurry and I like knowing I can still save even if I don't have time to clip a coupon. Here's a list of my favorite ways to get money back on your groceries without picking up a pair of scissors!
If you're not using Ibotta, you're really missing out. With Ibotta, you'll get cashback on your purchases and once you reach a $20 balance, you can cash out for Paypal or a gift card. You can earn extra money by collecting bonuses each month. Trust me, those $.50 and $1 rebates really add up. Before you head to the store, take a look through the available rebates and select them. While you're in the store, you can even scan the product to make sure that it applies to the rebate. Once you've made your purchase, just scan in your receipt and when you'll be credited for your purchases.
Sign up here and get $5 when you submit your first rebate!
Checkout 51 is very similar to Ibotta. You check for offers, shop and then submit your rebates. You can also cash out once you reach $20. They used to only send checks, but now they offer Paypal. Great news!
Checkout 51 is an easy sign up.
Fetch Rewards is kind of new, but it's becoming one of my favorite apps. They have featured offers, but you don't have to select rebates or scan any UPCs. Just submit your receipt and points are added to your account. If you don't think you got the points you should have, you can easily contact them and they'll either fix it or explain why you didn't qualify. Their system is kind of new, so it doesn't always catch the rebates, but they've been great about fixing mine the few times I've had to contact them.
You can search all the brands they offer rebates on easily from the home screen.
Go here to sign up for Fetch Rewards. Enter my referral code: EB5FC and we'll both get 1500 points when you complete your first receipt!
