I just wanted to share one of my favorite kitchen tools. I don't have this exact one, but mine did come from Amazon. This Farberware Professional Heat Resistant Nylon Meat/Potato Masher is a time saver. This meat chopper makes it easy to brown ground beef for tacos or pasta dishes. It's so much easier to use than a wooden spoon, for sure!
I love to use it in my Nina Foodi to easily brown Italian sausage when I make lasagna soup. One of those expensive companies(you know--the one that has parties) sells a similar one for a lot more than this. For under $10, this is something you will reach for over and over. Not only does it work great for meat, but you can also use it to mash potatoes and other vegetables.
This is one of those things that you don't realize how much you needed it until you buy it!
