I have the 6.5 quart and it is plenty big for our family of 4 or sometimes 5. I cook everything in it and I have virtually retired my Instant Pot and my air fryer and use the Foodi almost exclusively.

What is a Ninja Foodi? It's a pressure cooker and air fryer all in one. It comes with two lids--one for pressure cooking and oen for air frying. If you have an electric pressure cooker(Instant Pot is the most well-known brand) you know you can cook whole chickens, chicken pieces, and other meats in it, but they don't get brown. You can get a crispy skin on your roasted chicken in a pressure cooker. That's where the Ninja Foodi comes in. You can quickly pressure cook your chicken and then put it under the air fryer to finish it up, giving you brown skin that tastes more like it came out of the oven or off the rotisserie and it didn't take nearly the time it would.

You'll get the same results with chicken pieces, pork chops and you can even cook steak in the Ninja Foodi! I keep finding more uses for mine every day. It's a wonderful, time saving gadget for my kitchen that is used virtually every day--sometimes multiple times a day. I use it for soups, stews, roasts, and even meatloaf, as well as things like french fries, chicken fingers and so much more. I even baked a cake in it the other day.
