I know you love getting deals as much as I do. I try to share as many as I can with you, but I thought I'd let you know how to go about finding coupons you might not otherwise find.
Let me use Bath & Body Works as an example. I'm a huge fan of Bath & Body Works. You might even call me an addict. Yesterday, my son let me know that we were almost out of hand soap. I only buy my hand soap from Bath & Body Works. I guess you could call me picky, but with coupons, I can usually get a deal. When I checked the site, their hand soaps were $3 which is a pretty good deal, but I'm hoping I can find a coupon to help me out a little bit more. I have a terrible time shopping anywhere online without using a coupon code. When I see that "enter coupon here" box on the checkout page, if I don't have one, I do everything in my power to find one.
Luckily, Bath and Body Works usually has coupons floating around. One of the easiest ways to get Bath and Body Works coupons is to sign up for their email list. If you've ever shopped with them, you're probably already on it because every time you go to the store, they ask for your email and if you've ordered online, you probably get emails from them. If not, you can sign up right on their site.
Most of the time, Bath & Body works will have their current code listed right on their website right at the top of the screen. Like yesterday, when I clicked through, this is what popped up at the top of my screen. But what if I'm not spending $30 or what if I'm spending way more than $30? There must be a coupon that will work in those scenarios, too, right?
I could just Google "Bath & Body Works Coupons" and see what happens.
4 million results? No thank you! Let's narrow this down about. I tend to look at RetailMeNot, SlickDeals and Brad's Deals for coupon codes to use online. Those are sites you're probably familiar with already, so let's use these sites to see what they have.
RetailMeNot has the same $10 off $30 coupon that's on the Bath & Body Works site, but they have a few others, including a 20% off coupon that would work if I'm not spending $30. There are also some printable in-store coupons available. These were in my email when I checked as well. I like that 20% off, but let's keep looking. I'm really hoping for a free shipping coupon.
Over at Slick Deals, I find a lot of product deals plus the same $10 off $30 coupon that's everywhere. Many of the deals incorporate the coupon, but I'm not looking for candles today.
Interestingly, Brad's Deals doesn't have the $10 off $30 coupon listed, but they have a $1 shipping coupon. I was kind of excited to find the shipping coupon because I really hate paying for shipping.
I was super-disappointed, though when the coupon didn't work for me. There's nothing on their site to say when the coupon expires or that it may not work, so you might find yourself trying several coupons to find one that works. That's frustrating.
At this point, I decided to try Dealspotr. One thing I really like about Dealspotr is that they organize their coupon codes into categories. For Bath & Body Works, you'll find Promo Codes, Site-Wide Coupons, Free Shipping Coupons, Product Coupons, Printable Coupons and more.
If you scroll down a bit on the left, you'll see all the options and you can select one or several options. One category that stuck out to me was the "Single Use" coupons. Most sites don't list these coupons, but Dealspotr allows their members share them and they can be a big help to shoppers like us. Sometimes one time use coupons are the only coupons available and they can be hard to come by. Single use coupons are usually sent to shoppers directly, usually in emails, and as the name applies, they can only be used one time.
As luck would have it, there were a few one time use coupons available for Bath & Body Works when I checked. Not only are they available, but I can see the code without having to click an extra link and I also notice that a Dealspotr member has "validated" the coupon to make sure it works. I don't have to worry that I'm wasting my time when I click. Seriously? How often have you tried a coupon code that was supposed to be valid and it wasn't? It's nice that someone checks them out for us.
I wasn't able to find a free shipping coupon, but the 20% off coupon I did find at Dealspotr worked for me. I saved more than shipping would have been, so it's a win for me. I wound up with 12 Hand Soaps for just $34.79 or about $2.90 each.
If you've never heard of Dealspotr and you love deals, you're missing out. You can earn points for sharing deals, validating deals and more. Head on over and take a peek!
