Have you seen this video floating around Facebook? I just wanted to share it here because I tried it the other night. I wanted to make pulled pork sandwiches for dinner, so I threw the pork roast in my Instant Pot and when it was done, I used my hand mixer on it.
I just have to say it was life changing! I will never use forks to shred my chicken or pork again! I was done in less than 30 seconds and this is how it looked after tossing it in some BBQ sauce.
So easy! And worthy of being a Tuesday Tip.
Now, if you are looking for a good hand mixer, I totally recommend this one from KitchenAid(it's what I have.) If you don't have an Instant Pot, what in the world are you waiting on? My pork roast was done in a little over an hour(plus the time to come to pressure.) It would have taken MANY hours to slow cook in the oven.
