This is actually the pressure cooker I own! I picked it up a year ago and it is probably one of the best kitchen investments I've ever made. Both of those features are life-savers in the kitchen.

If you're using this as a pressure cooker, it will help you get a fully cooked dinner on the table in no time. I can take frozen solid boneless chicken breasts and they're cooked and ready to shred for recipes(or to eat) in about 20 minutes. Green beans in the pressure cooker with a little bacon are divine and they'll be done in just a few minutes!

If you like to make roasts in your slow cooker, but don't like the fact that they don't brown up, this will really make you love this pressure cooker.
