Since I bought my pressure cooker, I've been amazed by how easy it makes my life. You can take frozen meat and have it fully cooked in no time and everything that comes out of the pressure cooker is juicy and flavorful. Plus, since it can also be used as a slow cooker, it's like getting two cookers in one.
