I love philosophy products and I use them all the time. If you read my blog, you know that I often post deals for them and I like to share the items I like here, too. A few weeks ago, philosophy.com was offering free shipping and I also had a gift certificate that my good friend Anne had sent me for my birthday. I decided to place an order, but on my order confirmation, I noticed I'd been charged shipping. Things have been so busy for me, that I totally forgot to email them though!
Not to worry. Today, I received this email from them:
we truly apologize that you were inadvertantly charged for shipping on your order placed in the timeframe of 11/11/11 - 11/14/11. we have been working diligently with paypal in order to process a credit back to you in the amount of $5.95. we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the issue. again, we apologize for the inconvenience!
we look forward to serving you beautifully in the future!
